Terms of Service

Last updated

These terms govern use of the Telemetri Cloud analytics portal. Where your organization has a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs and prevails over anything here that conflicts with it.

What the service is

Telemetri Cloud is a read-only analytics portal over physical-security event data produced by systems at your sites — access control, occupancy sensing, camera-derived counts and similar. It presents dashboards, reports and alerts. It does not control doors, arm or disarm systems, or alter any security device, and it is not a monitoring or life-safety service. It must not be relied on as one.

Who may use it

Access is by invitation from an administrator at a subscribing organization. Accounts are personal: do not share credentials, and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell your administrator promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your organization’s data

Your organization keeps all rights in the data its systems send to the portal, and in the dashboards and reports it creates. We process that data to provide and support the service, to keep it secure, and to fix problems. We do not sell it, and we do not use one customer’s data to serve another. See the Privacy Policy for what is processed and who else touches it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reach another organization’s data, probe or bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it. Do not use the portal to unlawfully monitor or harass anyone. Occupancy and access analytics can identify individuals in some circumstances, and it is your organization’s responsibility to use them lawfully — including any notice, consent, works-council or employee-monitoring obligations that apply where your sites are.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the portal available and correct, but it is provided as is, without warranty, and we make no uptime commitment except where one is set out in a separate signed agreement. Figures shown are derived from data supplied by third-party devices and systems, and can be affected by sensor faults, network outages, configuration errors or gaps in that upstream data. Do not treat them as an authoritative record of who was present, or of anything else with legal or safety consequences, without independent verification.

Suspension

We may suspend an account or an organization’s access where it is necessary to protect the service or other customers, to stop unlawful use, or where a subscription has lapsed. Where circumstances allow, we will tell the organization’s administrators first.

Third-party systems

The portal depends on systems we do not operate — your access-control and sensor platforms, your network, your identity provider, and our hosting and email providers. We are not responsible for their acts, outages or changes, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep working alongside them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and notified to organization administrators by email. Continuing to use the portal after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply.
